Following completion of each of our jobs, we ask our customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. The following are comments received in 2009-2010.

We go a nice “FACE-LIFT” on the house (in addition to the improved windows)! I appreciated their willing answers to my questions. I was happy that Oscar and crew asked me if there were any questions, and responded to on-the-job changes or additions. Nice bunch of workmen! ~ Joanne Husarik

I am extremely happy with both my roof and patio door. I had asked for extra vents to the house and garage roof – they agreed with no complaints. The crew was very hard working. I didn’t think that a tear off and re-shingle would only take 5 hours. As for the clean up, you would have never known that a new roof was put on. Also, planted all new flowers round my house and they placed boards and tarp so the flowers wouldn’t be destroyed. “The crew was to be here at 7:30 am. Showed up at 7 am – WOW! As for an estimate – Hollingsworth was the only company that set up an appointment the day I called. Other companies have not returned my calls. ~ Karen Behnke

The new windows look so nice, especially the front picture window. I felt comfortable having the crew here. They were respectable of our house. We feel confident meeting Phil with jobs. From the moment we talked to Tammy to our appt w/Phil to the completion of our beautiful roof – Amazing service, excellent ob! Polite and courteous workers. New gutters with Alcoa Leaf Relief were installed. We are very satisfied with the appearance and soundness of the installation. The job took about 6 hours with three workers. They worked steadily, kept us informed, and did a thorough cleanup. Their quote was also the lowest. ~ Darrell Werges

Our house looks great with the new roof and fascia, plus the new gutters installed last fall. The roofing crew worked hard on the hottest day of the year (so far).  I was also pleased with the siding crew.    They took extra time to get the color match right.  The shape [design] they fabricated was far superior to what they replaced. ~ Darrell Werges
