Our estimator also carries copies of all our documentation with him and will present them during your estimate appointment. Even if you don’t hire us, we always recommend verifying a contractor’s documentation and certifications – you’d be surprised how many are operating without current licensing and certifications.

City/Village Registrations – We make sure to keep current all of our individual city, village, town, etc certifications. Many communities have strict codes about performing work within their boundaries, so we make sure that we are registered and secure the necessary permits before performing any work.

Independent Certifications & Awards

VSI (Vinyl Siding Institute) Certified Installers: This certification requires an installer to complete a course and/or pass a test on their level of knowledge regarding vinyl siding installation. This certification is a REQUIREMENT to install vinyl siding in the City of Joliet.
