  3. What happens if the crew shows up to do the work and I don’t like the downspout locations?
  4. On arrival your crew leader will go over the job details with you. If any adjustment to our original quote needs to be made,he will discuss this with you at this time. After you have worked out any changes in detail, He will then ask you to sign our Job Authorization Form. If you feel the adjustment is incorrect, please feel free to contact your in-house estimator or our office. If after discussing your job you do not wish to proceed, no problem. Simply inform your crew leader and we will leave. Remember, the entire concept of Hollingsworth Home Improvement, Inc is to provide you with a simple, fast, low cost, and NO PRESSURE method of gutter installation.

  5. How long do I have to decide once I receive my proposal?
  6. The prices contained in your proposal are guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days, a new proposal can be provided. Any increases in raw materials will be reflected in your new proposal. Why wait?

  7. How does your NO!-Leak™ warranty work?
  8. Simple. If your gutters leak due to our installation defect for a period of 2 years, we’ll fix it—no charge. That’s right. No charge! No technical jargon, no legal mumbo-jumbo. If they leak, we fix them.

  9. What types of payment do you accept?
  10. We accept check, credit card, or cash payments.

  11. Why do you require a deposit?
  12. We require a small deposit ($100.00) to bind the contract and assure your honest intention to proceed with the job. Most home improvement contractors require as much as 50% deposits on jobs. Not Hollingsworth Home Improvement. A simple $100 deposit is all we require. We encourage you to use your credit card for this payment. (This give you piece of mind should you change your mind)

  13. Is white the only color you offer?
    Of course not. Our standard color is white. We also offer the standard upgrade colors of brown, clay and almond. We also offer 10 different select colors like black, brandywine, and forest green. We would be happy to provide color samples. Simply let us know what color samples you would like. We will mail them to you. No cost, of course.

  14. How does your lowest cost guarantee work?
  15. Simple. Just provide us with a written estimate for comparable product and installation methods and we will match that price on your project AND give you $50. CASH! That’s right. When your project is done and you pay the crew leader he will give you $50 cash.
