What’s Next?
Once you have received and reviewed our proposal, conferred with your personal consultant, and agree that Hollingsworth Home Improvement, Inc is the best and safest solution to your gutter problems the next steps would be to:
Sign your proposal and fax or mail it back to us.- We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm receipt, arrange payment terms, and schedule your installation. Installation usually occurs within 10 days.
- You will receive a courtesy phone call and email the day prior to installation.
- Our crew will arrive on the date scheduled (weather permitted).
At the Appointment
- Our crew leader will introduce himself and go over the job details. He will confirm color choices, downspout details, etc.
- If everything is correct, you will then be asked to sign a final Job Authorization Form. This is simply a confirmation allowing our crew to continue.
- Our crew will remove your old gutters (if you choose that option) and install your brand new gutters.
- The jobsite is thoroughly cleaned of all debris.
- Your crew leader will guide you on a final walk around. This will allow you to inspect our work and cleanup. After all, it’s your home.
- Payment is made (we accept check, credit card, or cash payments) and receipt is issued.
- You will receive a warranty card from our office, usually within 5 days.
- Enjoy your new gutters!
